    the total stay was really enjoyable for active vacation. the room was well-kept in a very good condition, everything was very good. it was convenient having a safe box, a minibar and an iron.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were absolutely rude.

    The room we had included a sitting area, a writing table and an ironing set. The breakfast was satisfactory and served in the restaurant. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was perfect overall.

    I appreciated its superbly friendly and accommodating employees.

    Had a perfect 10/10 stay for active vacation, everything was perfect. The rooms were good sized and top-notch and had a particularly nice view on Downtown. The location was particularly good: a mall and a market were within walking distance. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

    We had a blast ! The rooms were nice and the breakfast had great options. We enjoyed the Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club and visited a local cafe nearby. Just a heads-up, housekeeping starts early if you forget the 'do not disturb' sign. It's a wonderful spot for a group trip.

    One downside was communication with the staff. When we needed assistance, there was some confusion about payment processing , made things a bit uncomfortable.

    The city view room was nice, and the breakfast was decent. I loved the restaurant on the 1st floor. The food was delicious! Plus, the fitness center had fine views of the creek.

    Housekeeping started knocking at 8 am. A bit too early!

    Great location near the creek. The City View Room was modern and comfortable with a nice bathroom and great amenities. The breakfast offered a mix of delicious options. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fitness center with amazing views but noticed some communication issues during check-in , made it a bit frustrating. Housekeeping started knocking at 8 am, a bit too early for us. Had a pleasant stay but expect some improvements in timing and communication.
